UCFB are seeking to appoint an Academic Quality Officer. The Academic Quality Department plays a key role in maintaining the Institution’s academic quality standards.  The Academic Quality Officer will use their academic quality knowledge and experience to provide comprehensive organisational and administrative support for all aspects of the Institution’s Academic Quality and Enhancement service.

KEY TASKS:

  • Providing comprehensive organisational and administrative support across all areas of the Institution academic quality assurance and enhancement service.
  • Providing comprehensive organisational and administrative support for designated areas of data management and data reporting within the remit of the Academic Quality Department.
  • Auditing the ‘academic quality required’ information available to students via websites/internal portals and the VLE and working proactively with relevant colleagues to rectify any missing information
  • Supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of a range of internal and external surveys.
  • Act as the Academic Quality department liaison with the academic NSS working group
  • Proactively build and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships in support of the Academic Quality Departments service provision
